Public Regulation




-Participants are requested to respect the laws and regulations of Islumic Republic of Iran, including hejab and Islamic dignities. 

-Publicity items must only be displayed  within the stand area; otherwise they should be collected by organizer.

-It is forbidden to use loudspeakers if it causes disturbing sounds to neighboring exhibitors. 

-Exhibitors are allowed to carry out or bring in their necessary items only after/before visiting hours at the receipt of organizer's permission. 

-Exhibitors are responsible for safeguarding their exhibits during visiting hours of exhibition. Exhibitors should be present when the hall is being locked and sealed during closing hours and unlocked during opening hours 
     
-Exhibitors in open area should make arrangements to safeguard their displays during visiting hours, and are advised to carry out their precious  and portable goods such as camera, video, and computer and etc. after closing hours. 
     
-Participants have no rights to put up slogans, placards, or wall writings outside their allocated stands unless they obtain the permission and pay the relevant fees. 

.Displaying foreign made exhibits, distributing posters, brochures, pictures and signboards of foreign exhibits in domestic stands object payments affected in foreign exchange
     
-Selling goods, and keeping and storing all inflammable materials are forbidden.

-Participants or their representatives should be present in their stand areas during opening hours of exhibition in order to watch their exhibit items and meet visitors.
